Welcome to the Komor, Kosmala Legal Counsels website.
We have been rendering comprehensive services to business entities and assisting our clients in solving their problems since the year 2000. As we cooperate closely with a number of international corporations we are familiar with the specifics of international legal issues and procedures whilst via the services offered to Polish companies we have gained a sound expertise in dealing with country-specific matters. What distinguishes our office from other law firms is extensive experience in legal representation before courts of all kinds, both common and administrative.
What we strive after is not only to resolve the matter entrusted to us to the benefit of the clients in the fastest and most efficient manner possible but also to safeguard them against any similar threats in the future. With a view to save our clients' time and money we advocate that arrangement proceedings be instituted at the initial stages of all disputes.

attention and all and any information a client receives from us is presented in a clear and comprehensible manner, whichever the language, English or Polish, is used.
Our clients are predominantly companies
and partnerships, foundations and associations.
We currently render our services to nine companies from the financial sector, media sector, the food industry and FMCG segment, four associations including two sports association and two foundations of which one has the status of a public benefit organisation. We also advise sole proprietors and provide ad hoc assistance to clients not involved in entrepreneurship.
