Fees
The most convenient invoicing system is selected after an initial analysis of the client’s needs is performed.

3/ Flat fee basis
The hourly rate charged by our legal counsels’ is PLN 360 net. Projects are priced individually. A flat fee is charged in the case of long-lasting collaboration, where the number of hours we invoice the client each month is no less than 30.
Costs of legal representation of the client in litigation is determined in pursuance of the provisions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 28 September 2002 on advocates' fees and the costs of legal assistance provided by court-appointed counsels covered by the State Treasury. (Journal of Laws No. 163, item 1349 as amended).
When planning a lawsuit the client must take into account the likelihood of being charged court fees as specified in the Act of 28 July 2005 on court fees in civil cases (Journal of Laws No. 167, item. 1398 as amended).
