Fees
The most convenient invoicing system is selected, having initially identified the Client's needs.
1/ Hourly rates

3/ Flat fee
The hourly rate is on average PLN 360 net. Projects are priced individually. A flat fee is charged in the case of long-lasting assignments, where the number of hours for the Client each month is no less than 30.
Costs of legal representation in litigation is determined predominantly in pursuance of the provisions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice dated the 28th of September 2002 on legal counsels' fees and incurring the costs of unpaid pro bono legal aid by the State Treasury (Journal of Laws No. 163 item 1349 as amended).
When planning a lawsuit the Client must take into account the likelihood of being charged court fees as specified in the Act dated the 28th of July 2005 on court costs in civil proceedings (Journal of Laws No. 167 item 1398 as amended).
